1. How to order the cable?

2. How long can the power bank last?

There is no simple answer to this question. With brand new 10,000mAh portable power bank battery, it would roughly last 12 times per 1/2 hour pumping sessions for Medela Swing kind of type; For Medela Swing Maxi it would last for about 6 times per 1/2 hour pumping sessions.

You may choose to purchase a new one if your power bank no longer holds sufficient power to meet your needs. We would suggest you buy a Lithium Polymer type of power bank, because it offers slightly higher specific energy, please read here.

3. I’m using other brand of breast pump, how do I know if this usb cable is compatible?

We invited mothers to test out our cable for every electrical breast pump before we put on sale on the website, so we clearly understand the requirements for each electrical breast pump. Unless there is new make over for particular series.

Just to make sure that you choose the right electrical breast pump when you order online.

4. Will the suction weaken if I use USB power cable compared to normal power adaptor?

There is no simple answer this question. We recommend powerbank / USB wall adapter with 2A (iPad adapter) output to power electrical breast pump like Medela Swing Maxi, Meleda FS, because these series consume more power. While some electrical breast pump consume lower power like Medela Mini-e, Pureen battery operated breast pump should feel the same or more power than attached adapter.

Bbmilkit USB power cable is specially selected and tested to suit all of the electrical breast pump to make sure that all of the mother could have a happy pumping session.

5. Besides power bank, can I plug in to other usb port?

Yes. Basically you may plug into any USB port, e.g, aircraft cabin, astro decoder, vehicle cigarette lighter USB charger and etc.

6. Is the cable covered under warranty?

For Bbmilkit USB power cable, we are offering 90 days 1 to 1 exchange warranty from the date of your purchase. You may contact:-

7. Can I use the cable for Medela Swing to connect to my Medela Swing Maxi as their outlet design is the same?

NO. Each electrical breast pump has its own power consumption. We will not be liable for any damages caused by that.

8. How long does it take for me to receive my cable ?

We will ship the item the next working day after payment is received.

9. I forgot to make payment for the order I made few days ago, is the order still valid ?

We will cancel the order after 3 working days if no payment received.

3. Is it safe for me to give you my bank account details?

Yes. We only need your bank name, bank account number, your name as shown on the account & your identification number. Your information is kept confidential in our system without being shared for other purposes.

5. What is the minimum payout & when is the payment made?

The minimum payout is MYR 50.00, which we will deposit into your provided bank account on the first week of each month.

7. Why haven't I received my payout?

You will get a notification by email after each payout. If you don’t have the money in your bank within forty-eight hours of receiving this email, it is likely that some or all of the account info you entered did not match up. This can include your account holder name, number, or MyKad ID. If this happens to you, reach out to us at enquiry@bbmilkit.com. We always make sure to handle any problems swiftly.

8. I suspect that my account has been compromised. What should I do?

First, let’s talk about prevention. Never give away your account details or password. If you do see signs that someone has gotten into your account, be sure to change your password. If the problem is not solved, get in touch with us immediately at enquiry@bbmilkit.com.

  2. Due to the high volume, extra time will be needed to process orders.
  3. BBMILKIT orders should ship in the order that they were received.
  4. We cannot guarantee an exact ETA date. Our estimates have historically been conservative and within +/- two weeks of our ETA date.

  5. Once the payment phase opens, you may complete your purchase through either our site or any of our dealers.
  6. The last day to join the Group Wholesale Purchase is listed on each Wholesale Purchase page. No orders can be placed after this date and time.
  7. Once the purchase opens, buyers are not officially part of it until they’ve paid through either our site or one of our dealers.
  8. Credit cards will be authorized only for the price listed at sign-up. Cards will be charged the final price after the membership is totaled at the close of the Wholesale Purchase. This automatically ensures that everyone is billed for the lowest price, regardless of when they joined.
  9. The purchase page will contain a list of members as they join. It is updated within 24 hours and does not accurately represent the exact number of members at any given time.
  10. If BBMILKIT elects to cancel the purchase due to low order volume or a production issue, ALL customers will be provided full refunds if their payment was already processed.
3. Discount Tiers
  1. At the time of payment for your order, you will be authorized (similar to a deposit) for the full price of the product.
  2. At the close of the purchase, we will total all participants to determine the final price charged.
  3. Everyone’s order/payment will be adjusted according to the highest discount tier reached.
  4. In the end, everyone pays the same low price.
  5. There is zero advantage in signing up at the last minute.
  6. Late sign-up only results in reduced participation momentum and the possibility of your desired finish or size being sold out.
  7. Early sign-ups promote others to sign up, and give confidence to the stragglers. If you know you’re buying, then pay early to keep the momentum going.
4. Refunds
  1. There are NO refunds on Group Wholesale Purchase orders. Wholesale Purchases are special orders, which is why payment is taken in advance.
  2. Only replacements of defective or mis-shipped products are available.
  3. Members cannot change colors or sizes after the item receipt for Wholesale Purchase orders.
  4. These products are priced at promotional rates and do not carry the same return policy as our retail-priced items. If you would like a traditional 30-Day return policy, we recommend purchasing at the retail price, and not via the Group Wholesale Purchase.
5. Warranty
  1. Warranty is borne by the manufacturer & not BBMILKIT.
